SCN Text Messaging Program

Met Council sends text messages to applicants and enrolled members who have agreed to receive them. These messages relate to your SCN program enrollment, account updates, your questions or concerns about food or service deliveries, and customer service.

How We Collect Consent

We send text messages only to people who have clearly agreed to receive them. Message Frequency, Rates, and Opting Out

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP at any time for help, or reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you reply STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also ask a Met Council representative to stop text messages to your number.
